Atlas offers site-based pricing with unlimited users on every plan. All plans are billed annually.

The key difference between Standard and Professional is custom types. Standard includes all 16 built-in device types and 5 cable types with full field editing. Professional adds the ability to create entirely new types with custom names, colors, fields, icons, and categories.
Free Trial
New organizations start with a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to all map and device features with up to 5 sites and unlimited users.
Trial Limitations
- Exports (XLSX and Map Print) are locked.
- Custom types and the icon library are locked.
Trial Reminders
Atlas sends email reminders at 3 days, 1 day, and on the day of trial expiration. Each reminder includes links to the pricing page and quote builder.
After Trial Expires
When the trial ends, users are blocked at the login screen with a message and links to subscribe. Your data is preserved for 6 months after trial expiration. If you subscribe during that window, everything picks up right where you left off.
Upgrading
Super Admins can request a plan upgrade from within Atlas.
- Open Settings and go to the Account panel.
- Click the Upgrade link on the Plan card.
- Select your target tier (Standard or Professional).
- Submit the upgrade request.
Upgrade requests are reviewed by the Atlas team. You'll receive an email notification when your upgrade is approved and activated. Upgrade requests are not instant — they are processed after a purchase order or payment is received.
Getting a Quote
Atlas provides a self-service quote builder at atlasmap.app/html/quote.html (also linked from the pricing page).
Using the Quote Builder
- Select your tier (Standard or Professional).
- Add site packs if you need more than 5 sites.
- Enter your contact information.
- Submit to receive a PDF quote by email.
Quotes are numbered (e.g., Q-20260315-0001) and valid for 60 days. The PDF includes line items, totals, and purchase order instructions. No login is required to generate a quote.
Payment Methods
Atlas accepts the following payment methods:
- Purchase Order — Reference the quote number and send to
[email protected]. - Check — Mail to the address on the quote.
- ACH Transfer — Contact
[email protected]for bank details.
Renewals
Atlas sends renewal reminders automatically:
- 60 days before expiration — A renewal quote PDF is generated and emailed to your Super Admins.
- 30 days before expiration — A follow-up reminder is sent.
- On expiration — Final notice. A 30-day grace period begins (see below).
To renew, issue a new purchase order referencing the renewal quote number and send it to [email protected]. Your subscription will be extended once payment is processed.
Grace Period
When a paid subscription expires, Atlas enters a 30-day grace period rather than locking you out immediately.
During Grace Period
- Users can still log in and access all maps and data.
- Exports are disabled (XLSX and Map Print).
- A red warning banner appears on the dashboard with the grace period end date.
After Grace Period
If no renewal is received before the grace period ends, the organization is fully locked out at the login screen. Data is preserved — contact [email protected] to reactivate your subscription and regain access.
Site Packs
Every plan includes 5 sites. If you need more, you can purchase site packs — each pack adds 5 additional sites to your organization.
